Deborah M. Bryant, DDI Human Resource Management/Business Analyst/Information Technology Consultant, is a graduate of Lindenwood University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Mrs. Bryant is a SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, Agilist, and Practitioner certified. She is also Agile Workforce Planning Certified. Mrs. Bryant has built a successful career in both Human Resource Management and Information Technology that spans more than 20 years.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Mrs. Bryant worked as a Manager and Director of Human Resources at the following Fortune 500 companies: Safeco Insurance Company, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Maritz Travel, and Correctional Medical Services. She transitioned to Human Resources Management consulting with Deloitte, Anderson Consulting, and UST Global. During her career, Mrs. Bryant has managed all the major Human Resources components, including organizational design/analysis, recruiting, benefits administration, training, employee relations, policies and procedures, job descriptions, and succession planning.
As a Senior Business Analyst, Mrs. Bryant works with Fortune 1000 companies to gather requirements and implement new or update existing software systems. Some of the Software systems she has implemented and updated include J.D. Edwards Human Resources, SAP Cloud for Travel and Entertainment, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft Human Resources, and Anthem Provider Finder. Mrs. Bryant manages multiple multi-million-dollar projects, including human resources analysis, aligning with business outcomes, organizational analysis, and design to align with business outcomes, software implementations, additional business projects, as well as software implementation, delivering them on time and on budget.
Mrs. Bryant is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and previously served on the board of the National Association for Mental Illness (NAMI) St. Louis, volunteered with the United Way of Greater St. Louis serves as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate).
